A 31-year-old Boonville man charged with multiple sex-related felonies for allegedly inappropriately touching a female juvenile and other deviant abusive acts earlier this year recently posted bond.
Court documents say Jeremy Robert Sutton is charged with three counts of a felony for child molestation; two counts of a felony for sodomy or attempted sodomy; and another felony for abuse or neglect of a child. His bond originally was set at $250,000 cash or surety. However Sutton’s second request for bond reduction was approved by the court, and he posted $75,000 surety bond on July 16.
Sutton pleaded not guilty on June 22. His case has been bound over to the trial division. A pre-trial conference is set for November 22; and his jury trial on December 1 at Cooper County Circuit Court.
