A special meeting of the Marshall Public Schools is scheduled to be held at 6 p.m. Friday, August 20, at Spainhower Primary School.

According to the school board’s agenda, COVID-19 protocols will be discussed. The Board of Education will hear one speaker of the public in favor of a mask mandate, and another speaker in favor of optional mask-wearing. Each speaker will have five minutes.

Another action item scheduled to be discussed includes a resolution for COVID-19 employee leave.
