There wasn’t a lot of barking, just numerous dogs having fun playing in the cool water during the annual Doggie Plunge at the Marshall Aquatic Center from 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, August 22.

According to a Marshall Parks and Recreation spokesperson, the event at Indian Foothills Park drew 69 dogs and raised $270 for Jim The Wonder Dog.

It was the final event of the summer for the aquatic center.
