The Sedalia Public Works Department is scheduled to spray for mosquitoes and flies from 1 to 6 a.m. between Tuesday, August 31 and Friday, September 3.

City officials say the spraying is weather permitting with rain resulting in rescheduling:

On Tuesday, August 31, Broadway Boulevard, south to the south city limits – and Ohio Avenue west to the west city limits is scheduled to be sprayed.

On Wednesday, September 1, Broadway Boulevard, north to the north city limits – and Ohio Avenue west to the west city limits.

On Thursday, September 2 – Broadway Boulevard, north to the north city limits – and Ohio Avenue east to the east city limits

Spraying will conclude on Friday, September 3 from Broadway Boulevard, south to the south city limits – and Ohio Avenue east to the east city limits.
