
A Marshall man who was arrested and charged after a pursuit in Marshall on June 19 is due in court this week.
According to the Marshall Police Department, the suspect was apprehended after he was reported as being on the runway at Marshall Municipal Airport.
Court documents say Kyle James Bryant is charged with felonies for tampering with a motor vehicle in the first degree, resisting arrest, detention or stop by fleeing and driving while revoked or suspended. Bond is set at $15,000 cash only.
Bryant’s case was bound over to the trial division on August 11. A motion by the state for change of judge was granted on August 23. Bryant is scheduled to be arraigned at 1 p.m. Monday, August 30, at Saline County Circuit Court.
