A 33-year-old Sacramento, California, man who is facing a felony drug charge after more than 50 pounds of a controlled substance allegedly was located in his vehicle during a traffic stop on I-70 in Saline County on October 28, 2020, is due in court.

According to court documents, Kou Lor is charged with a felony for delivery of a controlled substance. Lor posted $50,000 surety bond on November 10.

Lor pleaded not guilty on June 28. A motion for change of judge was granted on August 9. A plea/trial-setting hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday, August 30, at Saline County Circuit Court.
