
A 49-year-old Quakertown, Pennsylvania, resident has been charged with drug-related felonies after a traffic stop in Cooper County on August 27.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a trooper says he located psychedelic mushrooms in one part of the truck and approximately 42 pounds of marijuana in the bed of the truck.
According to court documents, Isaac Neel Kennedy is charged with two counts of a felony for delivery of a controlled substance. Bond is set at $50,000 cash or surety.
Kennedy’s initial hearing is pending at Cooper County Circuit Court.
