More than 90 persons are currently infected with the COVID-19 virus in Saline County.

According to the University of Missouri Extension’s website, the number of active cases was 95 as of Sunday, August 29.

In all, there have been 3,477 positive cases and 67 COVID-19-related deaths in the county since the beginning of the pandemic.

As of Sunday, there have been 46 positive tests in the past 7 days.

The Pfizer vaccine is available to persons age 12 or older at the Saline County Health Department. Walk-ins are welcomed. If you would like to make an appointment, call the Health Department at (660) 886-3434.
