Charged with sex-related felonies involving a juvenile, a Greenwood man has a court proceeding scheduled.

According to a probable-cause statement, on July 15, a juvenile female alleged to a Child Safe investigator that she was sexually assaulted by Dustin Charles Love on July 9.

Court documents say Love is charged with felonies for rape or attempted rape and child molestation in the first degree. Bond is fixed at $250,000 cash or surety. Love’s lawyer has filed motions for change of venue and bond reduction.

Love’s case has been bound over to the trial division, and he pleaded not guilty during his arraignment on August 16. His next hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Monday, September 20, at Pettis County Circuit Court.
