
A traffic stop led to drug-related felony charges being filed against a 49-year-old Quakertown, Pennsylvania, resident in Cooper County on August 27.
According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a trooper says he located psychedelic mushrooms in one part of and approximately 42 pounds of marijuana in the bed of the man’s truck.
According to court documents, Isaac Neel Kennedy is charged with two counts of a felony for delivery of a controlled substance. Kennedy posted $50,000 surety bond on August 31.
A hearing for Kennedy is scheduled to be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 21, at Cooper County Circuit Court.
