The City of Concordia has hired Rosalind Richter to fill the vacant position of city clerk.

According to a presses release, Richter is a Concordia resident who currently is employed at OOIDA as a truck sales agent, providing a various number of insurance solutions to commercial business owners and leased owner operators. She has been employed at OOIDA since 2017.

Prior to her employment at OOIDA, Richter worker for the Department of Social Services for 10 years as a Quality Control Case Analyst.

Richter will be formally appointed to the city clerk position during the regular Board of Aldermen meeting on Monday, October 18.
