A hearing for a Warrensburg man accused of felonies in Pettis County after he allegedly led authorities on a high-speed pursuit that reached speeds in triple digits last year is set for this week.

On November 3, 2020, a Pettis County Sheriff’s deputy attempted to stop a vehicle, later identified as stolen out of Henry County. The suspect vehicle reached speeds up to 114 mph before entering Benton County, at which time the deputy terminated the pursuit.

The suspect was later identified as Brandon Dee Rollett, who is charged with a felonies for tampering with a motor vehicle in the first degree and resisting arrest for a felony. Rollett posted $12,500 bond on August 4.

Rollett’s case was bound over to the trial division. His next hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Monday, October 18, at Pettis County Circuit Court.
