Charges have been filed in connection with the death of Judith Young whose body was recovered from the Missouri River near Copper Avenue on Sunday, October 17.

According to a news release from the Saline County Sheriff’s Office, a warrant was issued for 49-year-old Tammy Hrabe, of Slater.

Sheriff Cindi Mullin says Hrabe is charged with Murder in the First Degree, a Class E Felony for Abandonment of a Corpse and Class E Felony for Tampering with Physical Evidence in a Felony Prosecution.

Hrabe is currently in custody in the Saline County jail and has no bond.

Due to ongoing investigations, no further information is available at this time.
