A second person has been charged in connection to the death of Judith Young, of Malta Bend, whose body was recovered from the Missouri River near Copper Avenue in Saline County, on Sunday, October 17.

According to a probable cause statement, an autopsy determined Young did not die from natural causes. During the investigation, interviews with Tammy Hrabe and Wayne Hrabe were conducted.
