This tornado was near the Morgan/Cooper County line near the community of Otterville. Officials say, “There was plenty of warning for this tornado as the Nation Weather Service had advised the area of storms forming that could produce tornadoes and severe thunderstorms. In addition, the weather service then issued a tornado warning when radar indicated a tornado in the area.”
