The Western Missouri Medical Center in Johnson County is scheduled to conduct a violent intruder drill from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Thursday, October 28.

Hospital officials say the drill will take place at the main hospital building and will prepare hospital staff for a violent intruder emergency situation.

The drill will not affect patient care.
