A Community Blood Center blood drive is scheduled to be held in Chariton County on Thursday, October 28.

According to the Brunswick R-2 School District, the Brunswick Student Council is scheduled to host the drive from 1 to 6 p.m. in the school’s library at 1008 County Road.

When you donate in the month of October, CBC will donate $1 (three meals) to Harvesters – The Community Food Network. Plus, you will be entered in a drawing to win one of two Home Depot gift vouchers valued at $1,000 each.

All presenting donors will receive a free T-shirt.

Appointments are preferred, and masks are required for all donors, regardless of vaccination status.
