It’s the season of giving, and an area chamber of commerce is seeking donations to fill Christmas stockings for 150 airmen.

According to Debra Andresen, Executive Director of the Sedalia Chamber of Commerce, donations are scheduled to be sent to Whiteman Air Force Base’s airmen who live in dorms and cannot go home for the holidays.

Andresen says organizers are asking for donations of small items that can fit the stockings.

Items can be donated at the Chamber Breakfast on December 9, or can be dropped off at the Chamber’s office.
