During the meeting of the Marshall City Council on Monday, November 15, the council was asked to approve the setting of a public hearing.

Mayor Julie Schwetz gave the details of the proposed public hearing regarding the Gieringer Property.

Mayor Schwetz added, the Planning and Zoning Commission also held a public hearing on this matter, and there was no objection to it moving forward.

The council approved the public hearing to be held at 6 p.m. on Monday, December 6, prior to its next meeting.
