Marshall Ward 1 Councilman Leon Thompson gave an update about the recently-passed ordinance regarding registering vacant properties during the council meeting on Monday, November 15.

Thompson also noted the Board of Code Enforcement is scheduled to meet this week.

In other news from the meeting, Ward 3 Councilman Dan Brandt and Municipal Services Director Bill Anderson noted the yard-waste pickup will continue through mid-December.
