
The Missouri Department of Natural Resources Division of State Parks announced the 2022 grant round for the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) is now open.
According to a news release, LWCF grants are available to cities, counties and public school districts to be used for outdoor recreation projects.
Dru Buntin, Director of Missouri Department of Natural Resources says, “We are excited to provide assistance for communities to create and improve their outdoor recreational opportunities in order to boost health and wellness for all. Since 1965, Missouri has received more than $90 million dollars for Land and Water Conservation Fund projects.”
