An Marshall man is facing multiple felonies following an incident in March.

According to the Marshall Police Department, Justin Ethan Scharnhorst was taken into custody in April on several active warrants in reference to Domestic Assault investigations.

According to most-recent court documents, a warrant was issued on March 29, and Scharnhorst is charged with a Class D Felony for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm; Class E Felonies for Domestic Assault in the Third Degree and Unlawful Use of a Weapon- Exhibiting; as well as a misdemeanor for kidnapping. The court has ordered no bond.

Scharnhorst case has been bound over to the trial division of the Saline County Circuit Court. A plea hearing is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Monday, November 22.
