The average high and low temperatures plummeted by double digits from October to November at the KMMO Studio in Marshall.

According to numbers provided by the National Weather Service, the average high temperature dropped from 70.2 degrees in October to 57.2 degrees in November. The high of 74 degrees was recorded on November 9, 17 and 18.

The average low temperature dipped to near freezing in November- 34.9 degrees, down from 50.5 degrees in October. The low of 20 degrees was registered on November 26.

The precipitation total more than doubled in October from the total in September. However, there was barely any precipitation during November. In October, the total was 4.42 inches- up from 1.81 inches in September. But only 44-hundredths of an inch of precipitation was recorded in November- including 28-hundredths of an inch on November 11.
