Carroll County taxes should be hitting Norborne residents’ mail boxes this week.

According to Norborne city officials, city taxes are included as a line item on the county tax bill.

Also with your tax bill is a yellow paper explaining that city and county taxes must all be paid at the same time, and all delinquent taxes will have to be paid before the county will accept payment for 2021 taxes.

City officials urge residents to note, the Carroll County Collector’s Office is closed on December 31 in observance of the New Year holiday.
