The Saline County Sheriff’s Department is investigating after receiving a report that a UTV were stolen from residences in the 17000 block of Route AA in Nelson on November 29.

According to a report from the sheriff’s department, the resident reported the theft occurred between 10 and 11:30 a.m.

The vehicle reported as stolen is a green in color Polaris side-by-side utility vehicle valued at nearly $18,000.

Also reported stolen was a 2000 aluminum or silver in color Dodge Ram 2500 pickup. Instead of a tailgate, the truck has a two-pronged bale spike attached to the rear of the vehicle, which is valued at $7,800.
