
Missouri Valley College students are scheduled to share their academic, creative and professional work at the fall 2021 Student Research Symposium on Monday, December 6.
A press release says a total of 79 students are set to present projects at the all-day event, which is open to all students, faculty, staff and community members.
“From freshmen to seniors, from Biology to Film to Marketing to Music, our students are coming together in a celebration of excellence,” said Claire Schmidt, Associated Professor of English and Co-Chair of the Student Research Symposium Committee. “We’re so excited to see the great work that has been building behind the scenes all semester long, and we’re very thankful to the students, faculty, and staff who make this event so successful!”
The Student Research Symposium is sponsored by the Missouri Valley College Office of Academic Affairs, the MVC Office of the President, Alpha Chi, the Division of Business, the Division of Communications, Humanities and Human Services, the Division of Education, the Division of Fine Arts, the MVC Honors Program, the MACC Program, the Division on Math and Sciences, MVC Libraries, the School of Nursing, the Division of Social Sciences and the Division of Health Sciences.
