A Greenwood man charged with felonies for allegedly sexually assaulting a juvenile has a court proceeding scheduled.
A probable-cause statement says on July 15, a juvenile female alleged to a Child Safe investigator that she was sexually assaulted by Dustin Charles Love on July 9.
Court documents say Love is charged with felonies for rape or attempted rape and child molestation in the first degree. Bond originally was set at $250,000 cash or surety. Love’s lawyer filed motions for change of venue and bond reduction, and bond was reduced to $20,000 surety on September 20, and Love posted surety bond on September 27.
Love pleaded not guilty on August 16. His next hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. Monday, December 6, at Pettis County Circuit Court.
