Lynn “Popeye” Jones, age 87, of New Franklin, died Tuesday, December 14, at her residences.

Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, December 18, at Friemonth-Freese Funeral Home in Fayette, where visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, December 17. A masonic service will begin at 4:30 p.m. Friday, December 17. A private family burial will follow at Saturday’s service.

Survivors include Angel, a furry companion;  Sister Karen Boggs, of New Franklin, MO; Niece Linda (Ben) Woods, of Franklin, MO; Niece Sherry (Gary) Wallace-Williams, of Fayette, MO; Niece Sharon (Clay) Morgan, of Opelika, AL; Nephew Edward (Debbie) Dodson, of Fayette, MO; Niece Vonciel (Jeff) Beiswinger, of Boonville, MO; Niece Lynette (Don) Baker, of Columbia, MO; Niece Kristi (Cory) Schlegel, of Columbia, MO.
