An area law-enforcement agency is asking for help from the public in locating a man with an active warrant.

According to the Sedalia Police Department’s Crime Resolution Unit, 25-year-old Robert J. Sanchez Jr. is wanted for burglary in the second degree and other charges. Sanchez is described as being about 5-foot-5 and 130 pounds.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Sanchez is urged to contact the Sedalia Police Department’s Crime Resolution Unit; or, if outside of Sedalia, contact your local law-enforcement agency. You can remain anonymous.

Authorities say you should not take any police action yourself.
