
Bonnie Jean Conrad, age, 91, of Marshall, MO, died Friday, December 17, 2021, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 22, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with William W. Harlow officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Born October 21, 1930, in rural Carroll County, MO, she was the daughter of the late Willie “Bill” Carroll and Mamie Oberdahlhoff Carroll. Bonnie attended various schools in the Miami area and graduated from Miami High School in 1948. On November 6, 1948, she married Vernon Arthur “Shortie” Conrad who preceded her in death on August 17, 2012. Bonnie was a farmwife and homemaker who kept busy with the farm, farm animals, and her garden. She also loved being “Nannie” to her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by two daughters, Jeanne Parkhurst (Doug) of Marshall and Janice Pace (Mike) of Marshall; six grandchildren: Angela Parkhurst of Marshall, Chad Parkhurst (Megan) of Marshall, Jill Nienaber (Tyler) of Marshall, Matthew Pace (Kelley) of Marshall, Brandon Pace of Poulsbo, WA, and Hannah Roth (Jacob) of Marshall; six great grandchildren: Benjamin and Kyra Parkhurst, Kamden and Violet Nienaber, and Averie and Bryer Pace; a sister-in-law, Evelyn Conrad Bailey; and two nephews, Larry Bailey and Rick Bailey.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
