
An area healthcare facility has changed its inpatient visitor policy.
According to Carroll County Memorial Hospital officials, effectively immediately, CCMH returns to a “No Visitor Policy” for its Inpatient Care Unit.
Dr. Andy Horine, CCMH Chief Medical Information Officer, says, “Due to current levels of COVID-19 cases, and for the safety of all our patients, CCMH has enacted our “No Visitor Policy” for the Inpatient unit. We look forward to removing this restriction when appropriate.”
Exceptions may be made for end-of-life situations at the discretion of the charge nurse.
