Some power outages were reported in the KMMO listening area on New Year’s Day.

According to Central Missouri Electric Cooperatives, the blinks just south and north of I-70 mostly had been resolved by 7 p.m. Crews then started working some blinks in the Northwest part of Saline County.

Southwest of Sedalia, a vehicle struck a pole, causing an outage for its members on and around Quisenberry Road and Route Y. That outage was restored, as well.
