A Warrensburg man charged with felonies after an alleged incident on November 30 is scheduled to appear in court.
A probable-cause statement says a man alleged to authorities that Michael Wayne Cerutti tried to slash him with a knife during an argument over money. Cerutti told authorities the alleged victim had stolen money from him.
Court documents say Cerutti is charged with felonies for assault in the second degree and armed criminal action. Bond remains at $10,000 cash only.
Cerutti pleaded not guilty on December 3. His next hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 5, at Johnson County Circuit Court.
