A Knob Noster man has been charged with multiple felonies after an incident that took place in Saline County on December 23.

According to a probable cause statement, Justin Paul Peterman and a woman had gotten into an argument, which led to Peterman allegedly breaking the victim’s phone to inhibit her from calling authorities. The woman told officers Peterman also had physically assaulted her during the argument.

Upon further investigation, the woman said Peterman also had broken two windows in her vehicle. The replace cost of the glass is estimated at $1,035.

Court documents say Peterman is charged with felonies for domestic assault, tamper or attempt to tamper with a victim in a felony prosecution and property damage.

The Saline County Circuit Court has issued a warrant for Peterman. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety, with 10 percent allowed.
