Lynn Robert Hiller, age 58, of rural Nelson, MO, died Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 12, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with William W. Harlow officiating. Burial will follow at Salt Fork Cemetery in rural Nelson. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Born January 16, 1963, in Iowa, he was the son of John Hiller and Mary Allen Hiller who survive of Blackwater. Lynn was a 1982 graduate of Northwest High School in Hughesville. On June 16, 1984, he married Dorothy Kay Johnson who survives of the home. Lynn was a lifelong farmer and loved the farm life. He worked for Robert Blackburn for 30 years and has spent the last 16 years in rural Nelson where he raised cattle and chickens, logged, and enjoyed cutting hay. Lynn enjoyed being around people and was a friend to everyone.

In addition to his parents, John and Mary; and his wife, Dorothy; he is survived by three children: Johnathan Dale Hiller (Nicole) of rural Nelson, Nathan Robert Hiller of rural Houstonia, and Kimberly Kay Baker (Kyle) of Broken Bow, OK; seven grandchildren: Johnathan Michael Hiller, Lane Carson Hiller, Taylor Nicole Hiller, Katlynn Marie Hiller, Landon Michael Hiller, Matthieu Hunter Baker and Wendi LeeAnn Kay Baker; five siblings: Bart Hiller of rural Smithton, Cecil Hiller of Omaha, NE, Monica Leftwich of Centertown, Veronica Hiller of Georgetown, and Rhonda Hiller of Sedalia; as well as Dorothy’s family; nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
