The Sedalia Fire Department received 26 Scott Air Packs this week.

Fire department officials say inventory and function test was this week. Training for the membership is next week and in service week of January 17.

Fire department officials say, “We are very excited to have these and would like to thank the city council members for approving the additional costs that the (Assistance to Firefighters Grant) AFG did not cover. Also we would like to thank Sedalia Firefighters Local 103 for all of their help with the grant process as we could not have done it with out them.”
