During the Marshall-Saline Development Corporation board meeting on Tuesday, January 11, the board approved its 2022 Annual Plan, proposed by Executive Director Cydney Mayfield.

Mayfield explained the LaunchU program is one of the organization’s priority project this year – with the launch date set to begin in less than three months.

The board also established its four committees, including the addition of an educational committee.

In other news, Mayfield also reminds the public that MSDC is scheduled to host the Women Who Mean Business networking event at Chemistry Coffee on the Marshall Square at 9 a.m. Wednesday, January 12. The objective of the event is to bring aspiring and current entrepreneurs together to discuss business plans, opportunities in Saline County and build professional relationships.
