The Smith-Cotton High School Robotics Regional Competition takes a lot of people to successfully host, so Team SCREAM is looking for about 100 volunteers for the event scheduled for April 1-3.
A press release says you do not need to have experience in robotics or really know what things are.
Most of the volunteer positions allow people to be trained onsite- including concessions, field and arena set up, officiating and judging.
When the event comes, it is run by actual on-staff people who oversee everything, and the volunteers work with them.
You must register online, as working with youth does require a background check.
