A traffic stop led to drug-related felony charges being filed against a 50-year-old Quakertown, Pennsylvania, resident in Cooper County on August 27, 2021.

According to a report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a trooper says he located psychedelic mushrooms and approximately 42 pounds of marijuana in the man’s truck.

According to court documents, Isaac Neel Kennedy is charged with two counts of a felony for delivery of a controlled substance. Kennedy posted $50,000 surety bond on August 31.

A hearing for Kennedy is scheduled to be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, February 1, at Cooper County Circuit Court.
