There are several safety tips for you to prepare for the impending weather expected over the next several days.
The Safety First check list includes you should have a flashlight; batteries; radio; first-aid kit; extra blankets; basic toiletries; a seven-day supply of medications; copies of personal documents; space heater; and a backup power generator.
You are also advised to stock the kitchen with: a three-day supply of non-perishable food; three-day supply of water; a non-electric can opener; matches; a cooler filled with ice; pet food and supplies; and baby food and supplies.
