
Gary King, age 68, of Marshall, MO, passed away on Monday, February 14, 2022, at his home.
At Gary’s request graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, February 19, at Ridge Park Cemetery, with Rev. Cliff Cato officiating.

Born June 13, 1953, in Miles City, MT, he was the son of the late Ralph King and Doris Green King. He attended school in Miles City. On August 31, 1971, he married Betty Coon who survives of the home. Gary worked a variety of jobs in his life: Wilson’s Meat Packing, St. Peter Catholic Church and School, Gilpin’s Auto Parts and WB Young Company. In 1993, Gary and Betty started their own business selling, putting up and repairing grain bins. He retired in 2019 but continued to stay busy with multiple craft projects and tinkering in his garage.
Survivors include his wife, Betty; three children, Gary King and his wife Jodi, Josie Green and Tracy King, all of Marshall; four grandchildren, Taylor King of Sedalia, Devan Green of Houston, TX, Lorin King of Marshall and Ty-Kristofer and his fiancée Avalon Nettekoven of Jacksonville, NC; one sister, Evelyn Mutchler of Pahrump, NV; one brother, Leland King of Marshall; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Gary was preceded in death by his son, Ralph King; four brothers, Dwight King, Dean King, Lynn King and Dale King; and one sister, Janice Depue.
