
Sandra L. Miller “Meme”, age 80, of Marshall, MO, died Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at her home.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 22, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with William W. Harlow officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow at Sunset Gardens Cemetery in Marshall.

Born May 31, 1941, in Marshall, she was the daughter of the late Boyd E. Hanes Jr. and Florence L. Dickson Hanes Meads. She lived in Marshall most of her life and was a 1959 graduate of Marshall High School. On February 10, 1963, she married James W. Miller who survives of the home. She retired from ConAgra in 2010 after 40 years of service. She loved to read and was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her husband, Jim; two children, James Scott Miller and Robin Miller of Marshall; three grandchildren, Brett Ortega, Brandon Ortega and Jaden Blagden; two great-grandchildren, Klarque Ortega and Jurni Ortega; two siblings, Pam Green of Marshall and Charles Hanes of Sedalia; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by one sister, Karen Hammack.
