Six more applications have been approved by the Saline County Commission and its ARPA Funding committee.

At the meeting of the commission on Thursday, February 24, Southern District Commissioner Monte Fenner gave an update.

Fenner said more than $1.9 million of the $2.2 million allotment has been disbursed.

Fenner added, the committee has another five applications it has not made a decision on yet.

Fenner also said the county is scheduled to get the second half of its portion of the ARPA funding- an additional $2.2 million- in late March or early April.
