The Higginsville board of alderman approved a resolution for the utilities committee during its most-recent meeting.

According to a release from Dobson, this application will get Higginsville on the fundable Intended Use Plan (IUP). Prior to approval, Higginsville was on the IUP, but not on the fundable list.
