
On Wednesday, March 2, the Marshall Fire Department responded to a call in the 300 block on Lincoln Avenue.
According to a fire department spokesperson, crews were toned out at 2:37 p.m. to a call regarding a garage fire.
Upon arrival, the occupant was able to control and put out the fire himself – however, the he suffered from smoke inhalation and requested some medical treatment.
Emergency crews cleared the scene at approximately 3:57 p.m., and no other injuries were reported from the incident.
