
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch from Wednesday evening to late Thursday night, for part of the KMMO listening area.
According to the National Weather Service, moderate to heavy snow is possible with total accumulations of three to eight inches.
Authorities say travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. Motorists should plan on slippery road conditions.
Affected counties include Saline, Carroll, Chariton, Cooper, Howard, Johnson and Lafayette in the KMMO listening area.
