Seven members of the Sweet Springs FFA Chapter wrestled with questions about agriculture issues during a mock Town Hall Meeting at the meeting of the Saline County Commission on Thursday, March 17.

Lyric Snider served as Mayor and called the Town Hall Meeting to order to discuss the Rural Healthcare Crisis. Others participating included Donavan Hoyes, Noah Fogarty, Allison Trautman, Corbin Zimmerschied, DeLana Vogelsmeier and Blake Schroeder.

The students batted around numerous positives and negatives- including agriculture jobs, farmers, healthcare and more. At the end, Snider offered an overview of what they had discussed.
