A residential project in the City of Sedalia is scheduled to result in a temporary close closure.

According to city officials, South Mildred Avenue from East 12th Street to East 16th Street is scheduled to be closed  to through traffic from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday March 28. The Public Works Water Division is working with a resident on a project resulting in heavy equipment working across the roadway. Residents along South Mildred will be able to enter the area to reach their homes.

Travelers in the area are advised to find an alternate route to their destination.
