The Brunswick School Board discussed several new changes during its meeting held this month.

The board discussed topics related to salary changes and updates with a new softball scoreboard. Brunswick superintendent Cara Engelbrecht says the board approved the purchase of a new scoreboard thanks to a donation.

Engelbrecht says the board also discussed salary increases- a way of showing appreciation for the staff.

In other news, the board reviewed its final report on tax collection for the year. Engelbrecht says the total was up about $10,000 from last year.
