
During the meeting of the Higginsville Board of Aldermen this week, it considered approval of a bill authorizing the issuance of a sewerage system refunding revenue bond, Series 2022.
City Administrator Jeanette Dobson explains it will save the city more than $700,000.
The board approved the bill.
In other news, the board gave the green light to hire a new EMS Director.
Also, aldermen approved a cemetery maintenance agreement with Adam Dillon.
